3. BUDGET HEARING – budget will be presented and opened to public comment.
4. CLINIC CONSULTANT REPORT – Updates will be given on various billing items.
   
5. CONSULTANT CPA REPORT

• Financial Reports –October financials will be presented.
• Checks, ACH transactions and adjustments for October will be decided on.

6. ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES REPORT – Nothing at time of agenda.
7. NEW BUSINESS – Nothing at time of agenda.
8. CLINIC REPORT

• Provider Report – Nothing at time of agenda.
• District Administrator Report
  • December meeting – decisions will be made on December meeting date.
  • Electrical upgrade – decisions could be made to upgrade the outdoor lighting to LED and approve electrical bill from issues that arose during the month.
  • Copic Conference – information will be given on a conference next year.
  • Pharmacy – information on pharmacy asking to rent space.
  • Health Insurance renewal – information will be provided, and decisions could be made on renewal.

• Land Acquisition Committee – Update will be given on offer.
