AGENDA: 

1. ROLL CALL
2. MINUTES – decisions will be made as to whether to correct or accept as presented.

• February 18, 2025 Regular Meeting

3. CLINIC CONSULTANT REPORT – Old system balances update will be given if available and decision could be made on what to do with them.
   
4. CONSULTANT CPA REPORT

• Financial Reports –February and March financials will be presented.
• Checks, ACH transactions and adjustments for February and March will be decided upon.

5. ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES REPORT -

• Foundation – update will be given, and decision could be made to do additional work.
• Door lock – decision could be made on options for the staff door.
• Lighting – update will be given on LED changes.

6. NEW BUSINESS – Nothing at time of agenda.
7. CLINIC REPORT

• Provider Report – Nothing at time of agenda.
• District Administrator Report
  • Regional SDA Workshop – discuss if anyone one wants to be signed up.
  • PT/INR machine – decision could be made to purchase one for Mesa.
  • Pharmacy – heads up on purchase on expensive med.
  • District Administrator – discussion of how to conduct reviews in future for this position and options with paperwork.
  • Environmental Services coordinator – discussion and possible decision on raise.

8. OLD BUSINESS

• Land Acquisition Committee – update will be given numbers for budgeting purposes. Decisions could be made on the next steps including land purchase.
• Xray Upgrade –update will be given.
• Signage – Update will be given if available.

9. MARCH AND APRIL EVALUATION / RAISES
