• Financial Reports – October financials will be presented.
• Checks, ACH transactions and adjustments for October will be decided upon.
• Investments – information will be presented and decisions made on if and where to invest.

7. ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES REPORT - Nothing at time of agenda.
8. NEW BUSINESS – Nothing at time of agenda.
9. CLINIC REPORT

• Provider Report – Nothing at time of agenda.
• District Administrator Report
  • Christmas – decisions could be made on whether to do anything for the staff like bonuses.
  • Wage Scale – discussion of the retro date for a previous wage adjustment.

10. OLD BUSINESS

• Land Acquisition Committee – update will be given if any available.
• Xray Upgrade –update will be given.
• Signage – Update will be given.
• Mission Statement and strategic planning – tabled until sometime in 2025.
