  1. CLINIC CONSULTANT REPORT – Nothing at time of agenda.
  2. CONSULTANT CPA REPORT
  • Financial Reports – September financials will be presented.
  • Discussion of the financial presentation and charts for future meetings will occur.
  • Checks and adjustments for September will be decided upon.
  • July adjustments will be decided on.

  • Provider Report – Any changes to contracts will be discussed if any are needed.
  • District Administrator Report
    • Christmas Party – tentatively scheduled for 12/10.
    • Compensation Committee – discussion of whether to form one or not. 
    • Land Acquisition Committee – discuss when to meet.

  • Internet – update on Starlink in Collbran.
  • Signage – update will be given on who has been contacted. Discussion of the electronic sign in Mesa will occur and what to do about it.
