  1. CLINIC CONSULTANT REPORT – Nothing at time of agenda.
  2. CONSULTANT CPA REPORT
  • Financial Reports – June financials will be presented.
  • Checks and write-offs for June will be decided upon.
  • Investments – decisions could be made to move money into opportunities with Peaks Investment as well as decisions on what amount needs to be on hand.
  1. ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES REPORT – Nothing at time of agenda.
  2. NEW BUSINESS – Nothing at time of agenda.
  3. CLINIC REPORT
  • Provider Report – Nothing at time of agenda.
  • District Administrator Report
    • Athena – discuss whether or not to send anyone to the conference. 
    • Update on Mesa Clinic – information will be presented on plans for expanding hours.
    • Budget - the preliminary budget will be presented at the September meeting. There could be discussions of what may need to be put into 2024 budget.

  • Internet – updated information from the Town will be discussed.
  • Signage – no update.
