  3. MINUTES – decisions will be made as to whether to correct or accept as presented.
  • December 13, 2023 Regular Meeting
  1. CLINIC CONSULTANT REPORT
  • Nothing at time of agenda.
  1. CONSULTANT CPA REPORT
  • Financial Reports – December financials will be presented.
  • Checks and write-offs for December will be decided upon.
  • Peak CDs – decisions could be made to move money into opportunities with Peaks Investment.
  1. ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES REPORT
  • Fire Panel – if quote is available at time of meeting, decision could be made to accept it.
  • Parking lots – we are starting the process now of getting on the schedule for a proposal.
  1. NEW BUSINESS – nothing at time of agenda.
  2. CLINIC REPORT
  • Provider Report –
    •  Insurance – decision could be made to add health insurance into provider contract.
  • District Administrator Report
    • Election decision could be made to appoint the Designated Election Official.
    • Annual Board Designations – Agenda posting site will be determined.  If changes are need for officers and/or meeting date and time, decision could be made. 
    • Information only will be given on Audit start date and the Edward Jones account.
  1. OLD BUSINESS
  • Succession – update will be given on potential candidate and decision to offer a contract could be made.
  • EMR (Athena) – update on progress for the changing of the computer system.
  • Internet – will be presented if available.
  • Signage – no update.
