  • September 19, 2005 Regular Meeting
  • Resolution 1:  Be it resolved that the Minutes of the September 19, 2005, regular meeting be approved as presented.  Denny Holmes motioned and Bob Wilson seconded.  Motion carried unanimously.

  • Resolution 2:  Be it resolved that the Accounts Payable & Payroll Checks (#44143-44203) are approved.  Denny Holmes motioned and Bob Wilson seconded.  Motion carried unanimously.·        
  • Resolution 3:  Be it resolved that the Board of Directors approves the September write-offs in the amount of an increase of $1083.58.  Bob Wilson motioned and Denny Holmes seconded.  Motion carried unanimously.
  • Preliminary Budget for 2006 was discussed.  Adjustments were made to Clinic Services, Utilities, and Insurance.  Shannon will present the final 2006 budget for adoption at the next regular meeting.  Shannon will also bring the Mill Levy information for resolution.

5.        FAITH IN ACTION

  • Coordinator Report – Vicki excused.  Jessi reported for her that the truck with supplies for hurricane victims has left.  Faith in Action will sell refreshments at the local auction being held by Bill Rowe.

6.        ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

  • Project Report – Rene mainly working on the roof of the rental house.  He will need help holding some of the tin.  Dave will help.

7.        OLD BUSINESS

  • Mesa Clinic Progress Report – It is back in the Planning Commission which will take 6 weeks.  We should therefore know something by the end of October. 

8.        NEW BUSINESS – None to report.

  • Physician Report – Nothing to report.
  • Office Manager Report – The overrun on the Energy Impact Grant has been calculated and sent in.  Our insurance premiums are due at different times of the year.   Jessi is trying to coordinate them so that they are due at one time.  There will be an increase in the Board of Directors’ liability policy.

10.     GRANTS

  • Dr.  Woodyard needs the numbers for the exterior portion of the building for the USDA grant to be sent in.   Jessi will see if Frank has them.

11.     OCTOBER EVALUATION / RAISES
